About this house sitting position in Woodroffe

Nestled in the middle of a mini rainforest is my secure 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, clean bessa brick home. Surrounding is a lush tropical garden and plunge pool on an 800m2 block in Palmerston.

The Wet season has irrigation covered (very well) at the moment but the garden may require some hand watering and a timed irrigation system can be turned back on.
Other typical tropical garden care ... Palm frond gathering , general garden maintenance and admiration. there's a small patch of grass that might need a mow. Keep an eye on the mailbox. Check the chlorine tablet in the pool floaty and empty the skimmer box. Feed the fish in the ponds and tell them thier doing a great job.

I love the idea of this being an energy exchange and I'm offering my mini tropical resort rent free for a few weeks 😊

If you have A handyman/woman streak would be awesome, someone who isn't shy to fix a few little things around the place but there's not too much of that.

It is an easy house sit as most of the things mentioned are a once off job (except the fish, they like food ). One thing I would really appreciate is cleaning the Windows (one of the things that I can't seem to get around to on my own).
The house is very clean and tidy and that's what I'd like to come home to.

Unfortunately there isn't room to park a motor home or large caravan, although my family has acreage within 15 minutes where it can be stored safely.
