House is 2 years old and is located in a quiet area, it is about 20 minutes from both the city and airport, 15 minutes to the beach and is within walking distance to public transport. I have a cat (who will probably hide the entire time I am away) and lovebird to be cared for - you will only need to make sure that they have fresh water and food available. There is an automatic irrigation system for both front and back gardens so you will only need to occasionally check indoor/outdoor pots. There is off street parking available for 1 car in the driveway.
