Newish 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2 storey unit with a small yard. Large upstairs living with big deck which catches the bay breezes and has glimpses of Wynnum Creek.

Smart tv with Netflix (so unlimited tv programmes and movies).

Cute female staffie needing care and attention. She needs daily walks and tug of war. We generally take her for a long walk in morning, 20 mins plus and then she gets a shorter walk in evening with tug of war to wear her out.

Unit is a stones throw from waterfront, Wynnum CBD the train station. South Bank and City is 30mins by train.

So much to do and see by the bay!
