We have chooks, eggs to collect and 2 cows that only need occasional hay, only need to be watched out for, easy and are friendly.
No dogs would be preferred as koalas and wallabies come close to the house.
Our house has 3 bedrooms, floorboards , carpet in bedrooms, lounge, dining,and is quiet.
Regards Ken and Ann. We have our own section of bush for walkig.
15 minutes to town, 30 minutes to beaches, 5 minutes to river and boat ramp. Great spot and watching wildlife is a joy.
