About this house sitting position in Yalyalup

Comfortable new home in new subdivision, newly established lawns and gardens. Few roses to be picked and deheaded, bit of hand watering and do not want our pot plants to die. Plenty of room to park car or van.
We have a very spoilt Maltese/ Bichon 4 year old little girl to be looked after and a budgie called Princess but is really vicious Veronica. We are hoping to head to East Coast in our van on a holiday. Must be non smoker, understands water requirements of gardens and keeps house as You find it. We are 5. Minute drive from town and our beautiful beachfront for long walks out our famous jetty and sunset picnics. Good access to lovely Margaret River and heritage town of Nannup. Good shopping here many eating houses. Great RSL club for Friday night snacks and drinks. We are really hoping to get away in April but health probs may delay it but would love to have your name in case we are making a soon get away.
