Lovely lakeside 2 b/r home right on the lake in an over 50s resort on the outskirts of Yamba. Absolute lake frontage!!! No houses on other side of lake. Just beautiful and rural. Sit on the verandah and watch the fish jump out of the water. Our lake is fed from the Clarence river...we sometimes have dolphins in the lake. Watch the fish leap out of the water all day. Throw in a crab pot.

We have 2 SMALL adorable pups....one is 12 months (pom x) and one a shitzu 16 months... Also a beautiful affectionate cat (8 years old) Our animals are the centre of our world so PLEASE..... ABSOLUTE cat and dog lovers who truly delight in animals please apply (as opposed to sitters simply going through the motions of just feeding animals and spending hours away from the dogs.
We have 2 bikes for your use....swimming pool/spa, tennis court, golf practice net, fishing. If you have a kayak or small boat it can be put in water across from our place.
Lovely charming 'Off Leash' park WITHIN the resort.
Whilst we would want you to enjoy our pups and give them walks they are also happy on the verandah when you want to do your own thing too...for a couple of hours. We just ask that you aren't gone longer than 4 hours.
We are completely open to what month...we will fit in with you ...just need to know asap to book a holiday.
We would imagine this Sit would be an ideal 'Sit' in between booked longer housesits.
Carport. No gardening.....maybe just one watering for the week.
Look forward to hearing from animal lovers....as our 3 are truly delightful.
Huge tv (foxtel) in lounge and a smaller one in bedroom...both foxtel.
