A 3 x 1 house on a large block with a great backyard, and a recreational oval and playground across the street. A small shopping centre with an IGA, pharmacy, newsagent and a couple of the best Asian restaurants/takeaway is down the road. A lovely suburb with lots of green spaces and just 15 minutes from Coogee Beach, 20 minutes from Fremantle, and 25 minutes to the CBD. We have a very friendly and low maintenance cat who requires feeding twice a day, and some plant pots and a vegetable garden that need to be watered.
