Our house is an 8 year old brick home located 1.7ks easy walk from Yarragon village. The Village is a vibrant tourist village about 15 minutes drive from Warragul in the Baw Baw Shire and 1.5hrs east of Melbourne. The town lies on the Princes Highway and the main Gippsland Railway line and has its own station for easy access to the city.
The Strzelecki Ranges rise over 500 metres immediately to the south of the town providing a spectacular backdrop. Mount Worth is the highest peak to the south in the Mount Worth State Park and has a number of walks available. The ski resort of Mount Baw Baw is to the north, approximately 85 kilometres NNE of Yarragon.

Our home is in a cul-de-sac in an extremely quiet neighbourhood. We have a very low maintenance garden and the home has double glazed windows and a warming northerly aspect into the living area. We have ducted central heating, split system air conditioning and a large screened outdoor area. Our greatest need is for our young cat, Callie, to be cared for in our absence. She is a one and a half year old active black and white domestic short hair.
