4 year old brick house in a quiet area.,4 bed ( 1 used as an Office) modern house all one level .One bed with an onsuite a second separate toilet and separate bathroom with a bath.There is a large open living room with a well equipped kitchen .Netflicks ,iview an NBN available.There small quiet lounge for reading/music.Secure enterance thru garage with remote door.Central heating & cooling.Low maintenance garden watering system set up ,mowing done fornightly .No mowing required maybe a bit of weeding and checking pots inside and out.
I require care of a new Bicheon Freze ( born Dec.2021) sleeps inside and requires lots of play and 1-2 walk
a day.There is a fenced dog off lead park a short walk from the house ( small dog one for her ) .
Yarragon village is a short walk from the house and it offers boutique /antiques shops,cafes,bakery,gormet food a pub.It has a 5 kl walk around the outside.It 12 kl from Warragul and 20 to the Latrobe Valley where all major outlets are on offer.Cinemas are in Morwell and one in Warragul.It is close to the snow fields of BawBaw and has many tourist attractions near by for day trips.There are many heated local swimming pools
It is an easy 1.5 hr drive from Melbourne .

Preference for non working / studying sitter as Tangil is a puppy.She can be left for a few hours or taken in her capsule in the car .
