About this house sitting position in Yarramalong

We live on 40 acres, much of which is bushland, with 5 cows, 4 chickens and 2 cats (only allowed outside on leads). We have tank water, a septic system and are on mains power.
The property has a unique sandstone house and a beautiful sandstone cottage for our sitters. We need people to look after the cattle, chooks and cats. The cattle may require daily feeding so the ability to move a bit of hay is needed. We do have an ATV so this is not too difficult. The chooks need to be fed and watered, and are let out daily to free range and locked away at night in a walk in enclosure. The cats need what cats need - TLC and servants.
Should there be a power failure, we need someone to start generators and ensure supply is maintained to fridge and freezer. Though this is unlikely it does happen.
There are plants that need watering and a vegetable garden for those who are inclined to potter, though this is not essential.
Our nearest town for supplies is about 20 minutes away and the beach is 40-45 minutes away.
