About this house sitting position in Yarraville

We required a house sitter from 18 June 2019 up to the 24 of July 2019. We live in Yarraville only 6-7km from the heart of Melbourne. Public transport a few meters away. Our house is a beautiful warm and caring atmosphere - Non-smoking and with family values-. With all the conveniences as well public transport and amenities
Undertaking that a house sitter will live in our lovely home while we are away,
providing a mutually beneficial service (to home owner and house sitter) - A house sitter will care for the house and gardens. In return, the house sitter gains rent free accommodation for the nominated fixed time which is of immense value for the house sitter, saving for their own home or looking for an affordable holiday.

• Hold Australian citizenship (no international travellers)
• Drivers licence (provide a current copy) - or an Australian passport if you don’t have a driver’s licence.
• Police check current
• Written references from previous housesits. We will confirm with the agency the authenticity of these references.
• Maybe employer references.
• A house-sitting agreement in writing with the requirements and conditions and mutual responsibilities for both parties to sign and agree to.
