We have a comfortable 4 bedroom country home on 10 acres that is well maintained, with low maintanence veggie gardens and some beautiful fruit trees.
Our 6 yr old female jack Russell is a quiet and content little dog that lives outside, not an indoor dog! ( unless we have a storm) We have recently added a 6 week old female kitten, who will also be an outdoor pet!
We are open to a single/ couple who enjoy the relaxing lifestyle that the country has to offer as well as the convenience of enjoying Canberra and its wonderful surrounds and wineries to explore. We are located only 5 minutes to Yass, 35 minutes to Belconnen/gunghalin and 50 minutes to Canberra/Queanbeyan.
We are a family of 3, non smokers and definately require a non smoking minder!
Someone that is capable of doing some ride-on mowing or small area of hand mowing, would be an advantage!
