Brand new four bedroom two storey beach house.
Incredible views over the Keppel Islands and Rosslyn bay marina, then views over the Byfield ranges to the north.
We are a 1 minute drive to the beach and a 3 minute drive into town.
There is a swimming pool and lovely front and back garden.
The pool and garden will not really require any maintenance while away, and being a new house there is little to do but relax.
We have two dogs, one a beagle called Boots and also a Maltese x shitzu called Bobo. They are quite easy to look after and are affectionate dogs.
Plenty of room for caravans and off road parking.
