About this house sitting position in Yeppoon

Hi there,
I have a 2 bdr 2 bathroom high set house about 200m from the beach on a quiet street in Yeppoon.
I also have two lovely larger female dogs (one is 12yo ridgeback, and the other is 4yo boxer/ridgeback). Both are well mannered and crate trained.
The girls would love to be walked and played with (the younger loves fetch in the backyard) The house is 2km from the esplanade in Yeppoon (about a 25min walk along the beach or paved footpath). There is plenty of parking off street under tree shade, with power outlets outside if you need them.
All house amenities plus Laundry, power, TV (freeview), comfy beds, and two full bathrooms (one with a TUB!) - there is a veranda with seating and BBQ to listen to the waves 24/7 and of course the BEACH right there for swimming!
