About this house sitting position in Yessabah

I'm looking for an animal-loving sitter to care for Digger my rescue Maltese x dog, Merlin the ageing cat and Holly and Barley the 2 large ponies and the wildbirds.
I live on an 18 acre property which is partial bush and I love the wildlife, peace and seclusion that I have here, although it is not isolated as you have to drive past my neighbour's to get to my property and can see their house from my verandah. I have fenced off 12 acres of bush for the wildlife and have mown pathways through this woodland.
The property is 20k west of Kempsey, NSW and 40k from the delightful seaside village of Crescent Head and 75k from the busy seaside town of Port Macquarie.
The house, built approx. 30 years ago, is a 'home-build' with cathedral ceilings in the kitchen/lounge and lots of quirky features! The en-suite back bedroom, where the sitter would sleep, was re-decorated last year and has a new mattress, pillows and linen. The bedroom can either be accessed from within the house or via a side entrance. There is WiFi and a landline. Mobile phones .....Optus signal is sketchy but Next G seems to be fine. There is plenty of tank water and for heating there is a woodburning stove. I shall buy in cut up wood for the sitter to use.
Now onto the pets! Digger loves playing and enjoys inter-action with humans throwing a ball or tug-of-war games. He and Merlin seem to get on well and both are indoor pets. Merlin loves hiding behind a door and pouncing out on Digger as he passes by! Cheeky boy! Merlin goes out for short periods of the day (the cat flap allows him to come in but not go out) but spends most of the day eating or sleeping on the bed or wherever he fancies. Whatever happens he's always in at night. Both he and Digger need feeding twice daily and I also walk Digger twice daily through my woodland.
The ponies will need feeding and water twice daily and possibly hay, as it will be winter. They are very friendly and love being brushed and chatted to.
The wildbirds need feeding with parrot food and water baths changing, daily. Winter seems to bring in flocks of beautiful King Parrots.
I'm hopefully looking for a mature female as Digger, being rescued, has 'issues' with men. He loves females! Merlin although shy to begin with, loves everyone who strokes him or lets him sit on their lap!
Whoever sits is most welcome to stay on either side of the booked dates to join up to other sits that they have.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Regards,
Julie
