About this house sitting position in Yorkeys Knob

I have a large goofey dog that needs walks every day, time inside the house and some attention. My house is a simple rustic 3 Bedroom beach house with air conditioning, modern kitchen & bathroom, but NO pool. 2 x queen size beds, approximately 700 meter walk to the beach, lush garden, big deck out the back & shops across the road. Planes do fly overhead but you get used to them within a couple of days.

Note: I will also be away June 4th to June 15th. So its 4 weeks in total with a week off in the middle if you are available...
