About this house sitting position in Zetland

I have a 3 bedroom apartment in Zetland, a vibrant suburb just outside of the Sydney CBD. It is a 5 minute walk from Green Square train station. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants close by, as well as Woolworths supermarket within 5 minutes walk. There are several parks just a couple of minutes walk away. I will be travelling overseas for two weeks and would like someone to stay and look after my 4 year old male French Bulldog, Walter.

My second housemate will also be away travelling, but my third housemate will be home. She is in her late 20s, works very long hours in finance, so is usually in the office very late and not home much.

It's a modern brand new apartment with everything you need. My room has a double bed, work desk, and an ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub. We have a courtyard which connects to the apartment buildings common areas with gardens and BBQs. You'd also have access to the buildings gym, pool, spa and sauna.

Walter is an energetic, affectionate little guy. He loves company, but is also fine to be left alone at home for periods of time. He generally goes outside 3 x per day for the bathroom, which is very easy as the gardens are right outside our courtyard gate. We try and include one walk per day when possible, but he is fine to miss a day sometimes. He loves all people, but can be hit and miss with other dogs as he gets a bit frightened and defensive, so we'll have some requirements for if you take him out of the complex (I would leave detailed instructions).
