Hi everyone. New to Mindahome. Here's my story..

I've worked for the past 12 years as a chef but now I spend most of my time doing graphic art and only go into work when I am close to the city (I choose my hours).

This means I am generally at home day and night, so I can spoil your pets with plenty of attention.

Until a few years ago I lived in the same house in Ascot Vale for 20 years while I raised my son as a single parent. We also had a much-loved cat for 15 of those years, and when she passed away and my son moved out at around the same time I took the opportunity to travel. For a couple of years I lived in QLD and Sydney and travelled around Nepal before returning to Melbourne.

I plan to spend most of this year in Victoria but I would like to head up north again soon for a bit more travelling. I joined Mindahome so that I can find places to stay along the way and because I like to move around now that I have the freedom to do so.

Beside my interest in art my pastimes are cooking, reading, meditation, watching films, etc. I love animals and enjoy spending time with them. I'm very clean, tidy and responsible and can be relied on to look after your house and your pets, whether they need walking, medication or just lots of company.

As I am new to this site, I can't yet provide house sitting references. I can provide a police check and character references though.
