Dear home owner,
Our names are Frank and Joan, a semi retired married couple living as active home buddies. We are non smokers, fit, healthy, kind, responsible & considerate. We have no pets or dependent children.

We are experienced house sitters and we have excellent personal and housesit references available. Also, clean up to date police checks.

Our referees are our greatest asset. They will be happy to share their experience with us and attest to our word, several saying their property or pet was returned to them in a better state than when they left!

We understand house sitting as that we maintain conditions and routines with the same care and attention as when you are home, whilst we minimise the impact of our
presence.

We keep your property just as you do, neat & tidy, and with pride and keep a constant presence so it is safe and secure.

On your return we greet you with a fruit platter and a smile,
and a typed report with anything you missed whilst you were
away. In long term assignments we keep you informed with a detailed report we send by email fortnightly.
Finally we hand over to you a clean, maintained house and outdoors. All is as if you never left.

We are former long term homeowners.
We have been house sitting since 2010 when we sold our beautiful rainforest property, which we had lovingly refurbished and created gardens for.
We very much enjoy gardening. At home we established Sir Walter grass lawns, gardens and a vegie patch.

We are experienced at long term house sitting assignments (from 3 to 26 months).
