Dear Home Owner:

I am returning to Australia and would love to land a short/long-term house sit position for someone in need of a mature responsible and competent house sitter!

I am an experienced home owner and house sitter and am very competent with respect to tasks/chores around the house and yard, aside from the regular cleaning, watering plants and feeding the pets. I have owned and renovated two houses, and 1 condominium. I am great with animals (no reptiles/rodents) and landscaping/gardening requirements should this be a necessity for your situation. I am also a Non-Smoker!

I have previously done house sits in both Canada and Australia, last in AUS was near Geelong, VIC area. If you would like a reference, I would be happy to have the homeowner provide you with one. In the meantime, please don t hesitate to contact me should you have further questions, concerns and or requirements as it pertains to your property and situation.
