I am looking for a single person to keep the house clean and tidy and a little gardening.
There is very little to do.
The property is 25 minutes from Kurramine Beach and 10 minutes from Paronella Park.
I would come and go at times for work purposes.

Free standing home. Close to train station and shopping centre. 15 kilometres from CBD. Two dogs that are walked on leash. Pot plants that need watering once a week.
Since our grandchild was born our dogs are now happy outdoor dogs.

Living on acreage property with ponies, alpaca and sheep, cats and a farm dog. It is a peaceful location with beautiful gardens and lake. Many local attractions and close to nature.
Farm animals and cats are low maintenance, just need to be fed twice a day. Dog lives outside and has a routine to be walked and fed and likes some attention and treats. Read more
