Have an 8yr old dog who has a beautiful temperament, loves company, needs daily walk(s) and to be brought inside every night.
You will have ensuited guest room with queen bed, use of living/kitchen, bbq, pool (all ground level). Only ask you leave house tidy/clean, bring in mail, bins in/out as required.
Easy 800m walk through beautiful forest to patrolled beach that has great surf. Central location close to shops, cafes and restaurants.
