Roomy comfortable family home on the west side of Melbourne
Close to Historic Williamstown and beaches of Williamstown and Altona
One bed/Only one bedroom provided.
Two adorable young domestic cats to be cared for - Chilli and Pepper. Adopted during covid as abandoned pets they need cuddling and playing, feeding and grooming.
All facilities within short driving distance or bus just around the corner that takes you to nearby Laverton Train Station.
Aldi, Coles, Big W et al. Hospital, chemist, cinema.
Plenty of cafe's and restaurants.
Just 30 minutes to Melbourne CBD, Tullamarine or Avalon airports
Suit single or coupled females or mixed couple.
Not suitable for children (The girls were mistreated by the former owners and Pepper is still very fearful of some men and children - not sexist ...just factual)
No sitters pets permitted.
No overnight guests permitted.
No parties permitted.
Non smokers only.
Vehicle is not provided
Single driveway expands to double parking space (see photo)
Wide Double carport will accommodate a vehicle & low van (pop top) 240 Hx 650 W
Pillows are NOT provided.
While dates are set one additional overnight stay either side is agreeable. 23/5 - 28/5/24 - Happy to discuss.
