About this house sitting position in Bathurst

We are a retired couple heading north for 2 weeks Plus, and need reliable house sitters for the time we are away. We have had Sitters in the past on a number of occasions.
We are in historic Bathurst in a clean 4 bedroom (one is sewing & computer) brick veneer home in a quite residential cul de sac with good neighbours. The house has Central heating but you will not need it at this time of year. A local shopping centre is within walking distance for IGA, butcher, newsagent, chemist etc. The city centre is less than 10 mins drive and a regular bus stop service is only 100m if required.
We have two very friendly 11 year old dogs being a Beagle and Staffie cross who like to be walked regularly, at least every second day, except of course in very hot or bad weather. We have a number of easy walking paths in the area.
The garden will require minimal maintenance at this time of year.
Prefer Non- Smokers who can collect the mail put the bins out and treat everything well. We would prefer references if possible.
Sorry I don’t think any races are on at Mt Panorama at this time, but we have Panthers Leagues Club, Large RSL Club, Metro 5 theatre Complex, Entertainment Centre, Indoor heated aquatic centre.Good shopping complexes & Wineries are close by as are the Blue Mountains (90 mins).
2015 sees Bathurst celebrating 200 years as Australia's oldest inland city.
