About this house sitting position in Beechboro

Hello all, our names are Brad & Lisa and we live in a 4x2 house in Beechboro along with our two dogs, birds (4 small & 2 larger aviaries), 2 rabbits a couple of fish and 2 cats.

We usually spend 9 to 10 weeks of the year on Holiday and have had a friend and other mind-a-home sitters who have done a great job house-sitting over the last couple of years. We have most dates covered for 2015, but still require a sitter for Tuesday 31st March thru to the 6th of April (easter weekend) and Friday 17th July thru to the 26th of July.

Where we are in Beechboro is about 5kms from Bassendean train station there is a bus stop about 200m down the road and all the major shops are very close. Our housesitters double bedroom has reverse cycle A/C and a large bathroom just down the hall. As it is only Lisa & I here this part of the house is only used by the sitter. Recently we have also installed an 8x4 workshop complete with home gym ( treadmill, stationary bikes and weight bench ) in case you are a fitness junkie.

Most of our animals are older and tend to be fairly relaxed, dogs dont walk much further than the local park these days so it is probably the birds that require the most effort in terms of feeding, cleaning etc. We do not expect lawns and gardens to be tended, but if you want to we of course will not complain.
