About this house sitting position in Black Head

Looking for care for one cat and one dog in lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom modern villa near BlackHead Beach. This Villa is fully maintained in a 5 star over 55 Retirement Village. Two Queen comfortable electric beds available.
Duties: looking after one Australian Mist Cat, Buddy who is very affectionate. He sleeps most of the day either in the garden or in the sunroom. He does have an insulin needle with his 2 meals but he does not seem to mind this. Past sitters have not found this difficult.
Velvet is a very friendly and well behaved Labrador/Golden Retriever who is very easy to care for.
The local area incorporates beach and bush walks, plus an ocean pool to enjoy…..all within easy walking distance.
As this sit is over the Christmas period we would need a firm commitment as we are heading overseas.
