Boolarra is a quiet country town. It has a great general store.I hour to pristine beaches of South Gippsland.4 KMs to river's. bike trails 500 metres away.My Cavoodle is 18 mths old. Teddy needs to be feed 2 times a day carrots to chew on. A walk down the rail trail on his lead. There will be Pots to be watered if in summer.A car is better if you want day trips to the beach.However Public transport links bus train to Melbourne.Melbourne is 2 hours away.
