About this house sitting position in Brunswick West

I have a three bedroom townhouse. It is warm with great heating and air con. One room has a queen sized bed, one has a double bed and one with a king single. One of the rooms is equipped with a workspace including desk and monitor There are two bathrooms (no bath).The kitchen is small but very well equipped and has a dishwasher and microwave. We are a 10 min walk to a tram and a 5 min drive to two train stations that will take you into the city in 20 min. There are cafes, take away places and a supermarket about a 5 min walk away.
We have an energetic 3 year old Spoodle called Boba and a lazy but adorable 9 year old cat called Nacho. Boba irequires a walk in the morning and ideally one later in the day too. There is a dog park right next door to our home and Boba has a lot of friends there. Garden is a courtyard and fairly low maintenance.
