About this house sitting position in Bullsbrook

Hi house sitters. We are going away from the 16/08/15 returning on the 02/09/15 and need someone to look after the place while we're gone.

The house is in the hills in Bullsbrook situated on a 20 acre block. Bullsbrook is around 40km from Perth as the crow flies and there is a small shopping centre 7 km away. Closest major shops at Ellenbrook around a 25minute drive.

The house is a comfortable 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, big country kitchen, air-conditioned, wood burning heater (wood will be chopped and ready to go if needed), swimming pool, shed and ample parking for caravans if needed. Foxtel is hooked up and the internet can be accessed through our wifi. It's a nice peaceful location with friendly neighbours who will be happy to help out if needed. The house relies on rain water and during August water should not be an issue and the water tanks will be fine.

We have a dog (she will probably be staying with relatives) 2 cats, some chooks and some ducks that will need to be fed and watered along with some watering of plants. The main priority for us is that the animals get looked after. We have th e"No Pets" box ticked but if you have a small well behaved dog then that should be ok. Dog is welcome in the house.

Happy for any sitters to join us a day or two early at the house so we can run through what needs doing. You can have one half of the house for privacy, there is a separate living area and bathroom etc. Read more...
