Looking for a mature couple that is quiet, clean and attentive to my pets. Please only animal orientated persons apply.

I have two birds which need looking after. I will also need my two small dogs to be cared for.

My lovely home is at a popular holiday town, a stone throw away from the beach or a drive to the popular Huskisson. It would have everything you need, shops 5 mins away. Main Town 20 mins.

I'm ok with your pets (for discussion). My dogs just don't like big dogs I'm afraid

Must be confident with birds and dogs.
Will require, feeding of birds, keeping trays clean.

Will require the dogs to be walked daily. They like to swim but must be supervised all the time. They are seniors. They don't like to walk to the beach (only 150m to track) but prefer to be driven there and then will walk/ swim.
One nowadays needs to be placed into a pram and will only walk short distances. He is 17kg so you need to be strong enough to lift him. I've asked for two people as it would be easier to manage. I will need you to be okay with this.

I don't want them to be left for extended periods as they are with me all day every day and will likely stress.

The suburb is flat. Easy walking, bike riding. You'll enjoy the aqua water, white beaches and bird life. House has all the mod cons.
