About this house sitting position in Chidlow

Our 5 bedroom home with pool on 5 acres is situated in the beautiful Perth Hills. Nearby is Lake Leschenaultia, Heritage Trail and Bibbulmun Track and it is a ideal spot for mountain biking, horse riding and hiking. Mundaring is a ten minute drive and all grocery needs can be met in this quaint little town. The Kookaburra outdoor Cinema in Perth Hills National Park is a must. We have two ponies (Sodapop and Bonnie) on the property requiring feeds twice a day so confidence with horses is desirable. There is also the necessary chore of cleaning up the paddock. Our two dogs, Charlie Brown a GSP and Chelsea, a lab cross would love to join you on the many walking opportunities. Our three cats, Cookie, Mindy and Monty merely demand the love cats are born to crave. Finally, we have a perfect chicken pen and our feathered friends are fed daily and protected from foxes with the nightly routine of closing up their coops.

We require housesitters who will be around most of the time and as our home is only a year old, any handymen/women would be a bonus. This would be a great opportunity for a couple used to small acreage and content with the serenity of the country. Due to our own pets, we would prefer no other pets. We are also able to throw in free tickets to West Coast Fever vs Adelaide Thunderbirds at HBF Stadium 29/3/15.

We would prefer to return to the clean home we provide and we would appreciate individuals who are considerate of water and electricity usage. In return, we offer an idyllic country home with broadband, foxtel, all mod cons and a perfect patio to enjoy your glass of wine as you watch kangaroos graze in the surrounding paddocks.
