2 Bedroom home with low maintenance garden and two cats: One orange tabby cat (Ham), and one grey tabby (Pebble). Perfect place to unwind for a few days with very friendly cats, conveniently close to all amenities.

- Coorparoo Square (restaurants, Dendy theatre, Aldi, Coles & Woolies) 5 min walk
- Stones Corner 15 minute walk
- Lots of parks and bushwalks (Whites Hill Reserve [pictured], Bowies flat wetland, etc. ) in walking or short-driving distance

2nd room is used as Office / Reading /Crafts / Yoga room. Looking for someone to keep the cats company while I'm away, they just want to hang out, eat, play, and watch the birds. Ideally someone local who would be keen on making it a semi-regular thing.

Unit has no stairs and is equipped with support rails for mobility aids.
