About this house sitting position in Cowandilla

We have 3 bedroom home btn city and beach, western suburbs. 4km from city centre, with large backyard.
We have 2 dogs , 11 yr old kelpie/corgi/foxy cross, (jack russell lookalike), and 9 yr old Kelpie cross (acts like a lab).
Just a few potted plants that need watering, have irrigation for the rest of the garden. Dogs love a walk or two a day (parks nearby and beach 5km), Would prefer someone who does not work long hours away from home as they love having someone around, especially now we've retired.
Dogs are inside dogs, when owners at home (access to laundry when out), and sleep in main bedroom with us, but we do have a spare bedroom.
The pups are used to being inside at home with us of an evening, so would prefer someone who is not out of a night too much.
No pets or children please.
Prefer to meet sitters in person so we can introduce the dogs especially
