About this house sitting position in Elbow Valley
We are looking for a sitter/caretakers with their own accommodation eg caravan, 5th wheeler, motor home to sit/caretake our home.
Our home is for sale and will be emptied in October as we have already moved on. If necessary the sitter would have access to our bathroom. There is a Vast TV connection available & modem for satellite internet.
The duties are mowing & keeping the yard clean & tidy, watering a few citrus trees. The electricity is solar fed into the grid so any power used over what is generated is expected to be paid for by the sitter. The sitter would need to work with real estate agents when they have clients who want to view the property.
Our home is situated in a very quiet area on 29 acres about 20 minutes from Warwick up in the mountains, so there is no flooding.
All sitting dates are approximate. I have appointments in Warwick up to and including October 28 at this time.
