About this house sitting position in Erskine

Hello :-)

I have never had a house sitter before so this is a very new experience for me!
I will be in UK for 2 months so I need a reliable, trustworthy, very clean single lady who loves cats.NON SMOKER. (this is very important - no smokers at my home).
Erskine is a quiet suburb on the southern side of Mandurah. Drive into town is 7 mins. Bus into town (bus stop is right out front) is convenient. Perth is 1 hour drive on freeway (non peek time).

I have a 2-storey townhouse (6 years old) in a group of 30. It is a gated complex - locked gate to front door - remote gate opening car entry - garage at rear providing entry to back door. Swimming pool.

HOUSE
Downstairs: Separate lounge, dining/kitchen/living open area, laundry, WC
Upstairs: Master bed with ensuite, 2 guest bedrooms, bathroom and open study area.
The house is very roomy and light - all my furniture is relatively new - easy clean - I am uncluttered and organised. Gas appliances, gas instant HWS, ducted air-conditioning.
Small Garden beds (back & front courtyards) are reticulated but some pot plants need hand watering please.
Garage has room for 1 car (as my car will be in there).

Bus stop is on doorstep.
Shops: Walking distance (3 blocks) Coles, newsagent, chemist, hairdresser, coffee shop, bottle shop, red dot, bakery, health food shop, Caltex.
Lots of walk paths around the area ...estuary paths are very pretty (they start across the road).

CATS
I have 2 female loveable ragdoll cats. Lily and Bella. As they are ragdolls they like to be wherever you are but enjoy the back courtyard for a bit of sunning! They never leave the premises and are always locked inside at night and when you are not home. They are both healthy and only require normal feeding, clean litter tray daily, some brushing (when you feel like it) and lots of loving;

I do not have a phone landline so you will need your own phone, Internet connection and computer.

I will require payment for water/gas/electricity usage for 2 months. As I live alone we can base this on my past bills ...daily rate.

I would ask you to come to the house for an interview on a weekend that is convenient for you. I wish to lock this contract in early so I know all is sorted with the house.
