About this house sitting position in HELENSVALE

Older 2 story Rustic home clean and tidy but not modern. Still in need up some updating bathrooms/landscaping .

We have one outside cat and my dog Amber 12 years old Staffy x Lab is sooky and likes walks and company. She may stress a bit whilst I am away but will settle with some love and attention. She likes to be up early to start the day. Amber does have her own bed and chair downstairs but does sleep in with me mostly on the floor.
Would suit someone who is up early in the morning as Amber is used to breakfast early and evening supper. All food will be prepared for her. She is a sweet dog that is pretty happy just with her humans and loves a walk.

It is very important to me she has reliable loving care as she is everything to me.

Ideal house sitter would be a Lady /couple with no pets, just wanting to explore the Gold Coast and enjoy the location.

We have tourist attractions; indoor swimming pool close by.
Harbour town. Walk to the Bowls club/shops. Tram to the beaches and Surfers Paradise.

This sit would not suit someone at work all day.

Amber Sleeps inside. The cat remains outside has her own house.

We are travelling overseas so it is crucial that the house sitter booked does not cancel as we have no backup carer available due to all family members are travelling for a wedding.
3 bedrooms upstairs. Carparking in the driveway and in front of the house.
