An immaculate 3 BR + study, two-storey home with verandahs with ocean views located at Dundowran, a few minutes from Hervey Bay. Three-quarters of an acre which won't need much attention. Pot plants to be watered. One indoor cat named Pixie - she has an enclosure on the verandah where she goes for a couple of hours every day.

The house is located close to a safe beach - very pleasant for walking, kayaking or fishing.

There may still be whale watching happening during the time I am away.

Major shopping centre less than 10 minutes drive; convenience store just down the road.
