About this house sitting position in Innaloo

I have an older well kept home with a large front and back yard. The garden needs to be watered every 3 days by hose and sprinkler. I have a gorgeous quiet and very relaxed female Tibetan Spaniel. She’s great with cats if you need to bring one. And fine with calm natured dogs. She just needs lots of cuddles, brushes and feeding daily. A short walk every day would be appreciated. I have a dog park across the road but she’s anxious about being around so many dogs at the same time. She’s a volunteer at the local nursing home but you wouldn’t need to take her there.
5 mins to the beach and loads of parks around. A 5 min walk to the local IGA, chemist etc
