I own a 5 bedroom brick home on 1/2 acre in Katunga,
very neat with native garden out the front, a few pot plants, reverse cycle air con, nice neighbours, a quiet street in a small country town, Local Clydesdale hotel just a walk away, nice meals, 45km north of Shepparton, 80km from Echuca, 25km from the Murray river, close proximity to Tocumwall and Cobram.
I have a 14 year old jack Russel dog Penny who lives outside she does not like travelling. Also a Cavalier Bella who travels with me.
Fully fenced yard.
a smoke free home.
Sitter with small outside dog welcome.
My shed is set up with bathroom, kitchenette , lounge TV if you prefer to stay in your van or welcome to stay in the house. There is also a spa area.
