About this house sitting position in Kelvin Grove

We are looking for a cat-loving house sitter(s) for a 3-bedroom Queenslander cottage in inner-city Brisbane.
We have two, healthy, 9 year old cats who are indoor only so litters need to be changed every 2 days.
Downstairs - 3 bedrooms (bed 1 - KS bed with aircon, bed 2 - QS bed with aircon, bed 3 is used as an ironing/junk room), large bathroom and laundry.
Upstairs - second bathroom with bath, kitchen, open plan lounge, study & dining, nice front veranda with BBQ (we are currently re-doing the upstairs two back balconies and they are not currently usable), aircon.
Established garden and outdoor pot plants on veranda. The lawn will be mowed weekly/fortnightly by a neighbour but pot plants and some garden beds will need watering depending on the weather.
