5 acre property with a mud brick home in South Gippsland. Extensive beautiful gardens with 2 dams. A wide variety of parrots visit daily and will feed from your arm once they know you.
2 dogs. Poppy; 12 year old very active kelpie. Billy 11 year old very territorial Jack Russell. There would be "World War 3" if another dog came to his home. He loves people but not other dogs in his home.
2 ponies. Molly a Shetland pony who works in harness and her very best friend Rocky a 12 month old gelding miniature pony. I need someone who is experienced with ponies
The home is a 3 bedroom home with 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is set up as a sewing room. There is a split system air conditioner and 2 open fire places.
There is a beautiful study that over looks the gardens.
Our main priority is our dogs. They are old now and sleep in side.
The property is quite isolated at the end of a dirt road with a dairy farm next door. Very good neighbours on the other side ; otherwise nothing else.
Loch is a little township about a 5 minute drive. It has a general store that has minimal, antique shops, coffee shops gift shop and a couple of restaurants. We are about half an hours drive from Phillip island. Also plenty of beautiful walks nearby including a rail trail. Read more...
