Modern 4 bedroom/study home, easy maintenance inside & garden. Two indoor only cats to look after, you must be experienced in looking after cats. They do not go outside at all and their kitty litter boxes must be cleaned daily. Fabulous views of ocean and mountains. Home in very safe estate. There is no public transport so your own car is needed. Estate between Merimbula & Tura Beach, each about 5km and 3km away. Shops etc within easy distance.

“What a couple of characters Ebony and Freya are! These indoor cats were very easy to look after, provided you kept up their food, lap pats and cleaned kitty litter each day. Bill & Cheryle were fabulous homeowners with easy going and regular communication. They were very well organised with supplies for the girls and external providers caring for the home and garden. We stepped effortlessly into their spacious home as they left plenty of room for our clothes and food stuffs. Very much appreciated!
