Hi relisting as housesitters have had to cancel .....
3 bedroom modest house and bungalow.
Tidy but circa 1970 - 1980! One bathroom. Large, outdoor undercover deck and BBQ. Gas heating and indoor woodheater also. No carport. New kitchen.
About 20min walk to Mt Martha Sth beach, bus stop and local shops.
Currently we have 2 cats (indoors only), 2 chickens and many stick insects.
Car required
