This is a charming deco house with original features and polished floors. It is a very comfortable two bedroom house on a flat block with a beautiful large private garden, two friendly indoor cats and three chickens. This house is very conveniently located within walking distance to shops, restaurants, buses, local amenities and the CBD. The feeding of two cats (brother ands sister) and cleaning of kitty litter are the primary jobs required for a house sitter at Giblin Street
