About this house sitting position in NEWCASTLE

Hi there, we're headed overseas from 8-6-15 to 10-7-15 and we're looking for a house sitter to look after our two dogs and two bedroom semi in Newcastle's inner city suburb of Cooks Hill.

We have two lovely dogs, Lucy, an 8 year old Lab cross and Ollie, an 18 month old Kelpie/Collie cross. Both dogs are well trained and enjoy being walked every day across the road in the park, or by the beach and along the harbour just a few blocks away.

The house is a period semi with two bedrooms. We will most likely close off our daughters nursery and have the main bedroom for your use. There is a lounge room with large screen tv and large leather lounge with reverse cycle air. The dining room also has a tv for when you are cooking in the kitchen. Front verandah with sitting hammocks for relaxing and small back yard. We will organise for a gardener to come half way through the trip to mow the lawn. You will need to clean up after the dogs though which is easy.

We have WIFI, Marketown shopping centre is only 600 meters away with Coles, Woolworths, Big W and many food/convenience stores. Darby Street which has many cafes, art galleries and bars is a 650m walk, the beach is a 1.4km walk and the harbour/honeysuckle is 1.5km walk with many bars/restaurants. Public transport runs on our street and you can park for free in front of the house, no time limits.

We leave on the 8th June and return on the 10th July.
