We live in Nyora (VIC), a small country town set amongst the picturesque rolling hills of South Gippsland. We are approximately 70 minutes from Melbourne CBD, 40 minutes from Phillip Island, 45 minutes from Mornington Peninsula and 90 minutes from Wilson's Promontory. Our property is just over a 1/2 acre. Our house is a 3 bedroom / 1 bathroom cottage, with separate toilet. We have a fully equipped gymnasium, spa and large decks both front and back well equipped for outdoor living. We have 2 Cavoodle dogs, 1 cat, 1 guinea pig, 1 budgie & some chickens that will need to be cared for.
