About this house sitting position in Palm Cove

I live in beautiful Palm Cove which is a picturesque beach village 25 minutes north of Cairns City.
I need someone to look after my home, my dachshund dog, Sizzle and my cat Ziggy for five months while I travel overseas.
My town house is in a complex of 10 units with very nice neighbours and a well-maintained communal swimming pool. My home and gardens are low maintenance and I have a private courtyard where Ziggy and Sizzle (and you!) can hang out during the day.
I am on the main bus route into Cairns City and to nearby shopping centres (including a Coles supermarket 5 minutes away).
Palm Cove Beach and the Esplanade, where there are a number of bars and restaurants, are only a 5 minute walk away.
Sizzle will spend most of the time living with my son, Adam who lives 10 minutes away. However, Adam has plans to be away for 2-3 weeks over the Xmas/New Year period so Sizzle will come back to my place during that time. There may also be other times when Sizzle will be home if Adam is unable to have him.
I have a fully functional office so suitable for someone who works from home.
