Comfortable home right on Pitt Water. Lots of sun, almost endless water views. You can kayak from the bottom of the garden or sit in the spa and soak up the view. I have two indoor rag doll cats who would need feeding and some company. One would be friendly and one would be reclusive. Sorell shopping centre is less than 10 mins drive away and Hobart cbd is 25 mins drive away.
