About this house sitting position in Port Elliot

Lovely home near the beach at the iconic holiday town of Port Elliot. 2 storey but house sitters only need to be downstairs as has kitchen, lounge, bathroom and bedroom. Has indoor plants and small gardens which need watering and tending, but in winter there is not a lot to do. No lawns. We have a small, very friendly 12yo English staffy who needs walking at least twice daily and likes lots of company. Also regular medication.
We are looking for mature, reliable house sitter(s) without children who are non smoking and ideally are retired so can spend plenty of time with the dog. We require good references and police checks. We live in a lovely community and the local dogs (and people) love to socialise. There is no space off road for motorhome or caravan, although could be parked nearby.
