Lovely "Tropical" property 90m above sea level, nice views, breezes, private, backs onto National Park, small acreage, room to move, swimming pool, fully self contained Holiday Unit attached, for use of House Sitters and Room for a Campavan/Caravan. Close to all Tourist attractions yet so private you look over valley to Ocean, see ships go by. No neighbours to be seen. When away. like Pool to be cared for, palm frongs and other to be picked up from property, rubbish on Tuesday nights to go down to road, mail collected, and pot plants watered, place be kept tidy and form of security. References and Police Clearance required, prefer retired couple or grey nomad who has owned own home at some stage, prepared to treat this like their own place, maintain and care. Have no pets to look after, so time to look at Port Douglas, Reef, Tablelands etc etc. Non Smokers.Thank you. Maz
